Unlike installations, repairs are always performed under a time and materials agreement. The reason you can obtain an absolute price on an installation is that the contractor chosen can easily quantify the number of parts and pieces needed.

Repairs are often not as straight forward as a person may assume. Many times people will point out the reason they called us and ask that we fix that particular issue when what they see may only be a symtom of a much larger problem.
